It happened to be Coleman Eye Center in Greenwood. I spoke to Emily who asked if I would send the glasses to her to see if she could repair them before I sent them to the factory. I sent them to her overnight and within a few minutes of her receiving the glasses, she had them fixed and called to tell me they were ready. That’s a perfect example of great service.
