The screw in my sunglasses broke and after visiting 3 locations in Jackson for repair with no success I Googled the closest authorized Serengeti Sunglass retailer. It happened to be Coleman Eye Center in Greenwood. I spoke to Emily who asked if I would send the glasses to her to see if she could repair them before I sent them to the factory. I sent them to her overnight and within a few minutes of her receiving the glasses, she had them fixed and called to tell me they were ready. That’s a perfect example of great service. Thank you Emily and Coleman Eye Center.

It’s well organized and professional. Clean restroom, friendly staff, and they make sure you are comfortable throughout the process. They seem to be inclusive of all races.

This facility is probably the most professional medical establishment that I’ve ever dealt with. I am a 42 year old female with absolutely terrible vision that includes astigmatism and formerly cataracts. I was able to use Dr Lee Coleman for the cataract removal. The entire experience was comfortable. Check in, triage, pre-op, and surgical staff were compassionate, friendly, and most importantly, punctual and on task!
