February’s Staff Spotlight is Shelby Bowering! Shelby’s is one of the newest faces you’ll see around Coleman Eye Center, but is quickly becoming one of the favorites! Our patients love her cheerful disposition and sweet smile, and we know you will too.

Everyone here is so nice and welcomed me in with open arms. Coleman Eye Center is like a big family.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
I enjoy watching my baby grow and learn new things! I love being around friends and family.

My boyfriend, Evan Wood and I have a 10 month old daughter, Posey Kate Wood. She is the happiest baby and we are so blessed to have her!
Where is your favorite vacation spot?
Colorado! There is so much to do there!
What is your favorite food?
Crawfish with all the sides!
What is your favorite season?
My favorite season is Summer.
Where are you from?
I am from Winona, Mississippi.
Would you ever bungee jump?
I absolutely would if I had the chance!
What is a fun fact about you?
I was a cheerleader at Hinds Community College.
