November’s Staff Spotlight post is Mary Kathryn O’Dell. With such a kind heart and ever willingness to help anyone, it’s no wonder that Mary Kathryn is loved by all at Coleman Eye Center!
How long have you worked at Coleman Eye Center?
I have worked here three years.
What is your position?
I am a tech in clinic, scrub tech in surgery, and I also scribe for Dr. Preslee Magee.
Favorite thing about CEC?
There is not much I don’t like! My coworkers are the best! We truly are like family. Everyone is willing to help each other when needed. I also enjoy getting to help so many patients daily.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
Anything that gets me outside and allows me to spend time playing with my son!

I have been married for three and a half years to my high school sweetheart. We have a one year old son who is so fun and loves to be outside.

I am from Greenwood!
What’s the first concert you ever attended?
Hannah Montana in the 5th grade. 🙂
Are you currently binge-watching any shows?
Not at all! I don’t have extra time to watch tv. My one year old keeps me on my toes!!
