July’s staff spotlight is Lottie Dill! Lottie’s warm personality, sweet smile, and kind spirit are contagious, and make her so easy to love. She is the best at finding a silver lining and bright side of any situation. She can always find a way to brighten your day and lift your spirits. Being a mother inspires me. Knowing that I am trying to raise a little one to walk by faith and conquer the world inspires me to do better.

I love to decorate. I enjoy cooking, and flower gardening.
